The Great Workplace Workshop is a jumping off point. During this four hour intensive workshop CEOs, managers and leaders come together to evaluate and assess the current state of their organization and learn about the essentials of improving their workplace.

The Great Workplace Workshop is an experiential, hands on learning environment designed to give you the tools that you need to go back to your company and begin a journey of great workplaces! Based on research at the Great Place to Work Institute this program gives participants real world skills and a real world framework based on companies that are highly successful and are rated as the top places to work in the country.
