Accountability

When You Build In Accountability You Build In Results!

What Would Change in Your Business if Your Entire Team Were Focused and Accountable?

Accountability is a hot issue in business as organizations face the toughest recession in years. Yet the notion of accountability is confused with punishment, fault, blame and guilt. The Accountability Experience training program outlines a 3-step process that leads from accepting responsibility to self-empowerment to take personal action and finally to answering for the outcome through accountability. The Participant Workbook takes the participant through the exercises to understand and master the personal accountability process. In organizations today, everyone is feeling the pressure to meet ever-increasing expectations with less time and money than ever before. Yet, in organizations that embrace accountability, results, retention, and morale flourish. Why? Because accountable individuals negotiate clear agreements, build strong partnerships, feel more in control of outcomes, and, as a result, are less stressed and more productive.

Accountability starts with attitudes, choices made, behaviors that follow, resulting performance.

1. Establish Clear agreements

2. Take responsibility

3. Self empowerment

4. Accountability

We begin with an assessment to evaluate your own accountability mindset and take the initiative to change

Real learning starts when you take a look at your own attitudes and then decide whether theyre working well for you. Based on that decision, you can choose to acquire new skills and behaviors that will improve your performance and instill a mindset for personal accountability and responsibility for organizational results.

This Participant Workbook is designed to give you the opportunity to learn from the inside out. It is a comprehensive take-away that includes critical content, worksheets, and forms used during the workshop, and additional tools for use on the job.

The Accountability Experience delivers a powerful learning experience that helps participants discover the powerful personal and organizational benefits of individual accountability through a three-step process:

  1. Responsibility: Claiming ownership of a task
  2. Self Empowerment: Taking personal action to complete the task
  3. Accountability: Answering for the outcome

Once you have gone through all the steps, you will get things done more effectively and with less stress, feel a sense of accomplishment in your job, develop stronger, more positive relationships, and improve personal productivity.

“The Accountability Experience is just whats needed for so many companies that find themselves in an all-too-common situation where deadlines are missed, commitments to team members and bosses broken and important work delayed. This program will reduce stress in the workplace at all levels.”

Deborah Simi Eibner, president, Symmetry Coaching and Consulting

“In today’s environment of nearly constant change, lack of accountability is one of the most significant barriers to organizational, career, and relationship success. The Accountability Experience explores the nature of accountability and provides the practical tools to hold ourselves and each other accountable in mutually beneficial ways.”

Michael Milbourn, Michael Milbourn Consulting
